The Supertracker STR420RW 8 sensor wheel alignment system covers all aspects of adjustability within the modern vehicle chassis. The fast setup speed enables you to carry out a high volume of alignments per day — completing full readings in as little as 59 seconds.

The STR420RW has two additional sensors over the STR130RW, positioned across the rear, providing measurement for Rear Set Back as well as taking into account track width when measuring Rear Toe — delivering a more comprehensive and accurate wheel alignment result.

Hang-On Measuring Heads – No Risk of Rim Damage

The Supertracker hang-on system is a tried and tested method of attaching measuring heads to wheels on any wheel alignment machine. With no clamping or metal contact, the rim buttons cause no damage to alloy or painted wheels. They are quick and straightforward to fit and remove, and the measuring heads and hangers store neatly as a single unit — all saving valuable workshop time.

The robust design and solid-state electronics ensure exceptional durability and reliable performance, even in demanding workshop environments. Inbuilt control panels on each head eliminate the need to return to the console during each stage of the wheel alignment process.

The STR420RW can also be supplied with 3-Point clamps, either in addition to or as an alternative to the hangers, allowing for precise wheel alignment on lowered vehicles.

The user-friendly wheel alignment software is designed to make operation easy to navigate and information easy to read. It also features adjustment help screens to assist technicians with a variety of vehicle adjustments. The STR420RW also has network capabilities, enabling connection to an office or network printer with a choice of graphic or tabular colour printouts. It can even receive remote access support directly from the Supertracker factory. Additional monitors can also be installed in waiting areas or receptions for customers to view their alignment results.
